The Ugly Truth

This is an introduction of sorts to this blog.

Let's start with the fun stuff first.

I'm a young mommy, wife, and a college student. I love my little one with all my heart. I'll refer to my child as little one or Squishy on here. Squishy is 10 months old and has become a master crawler, just recently. My hubby is... Well he's my everything. He makes me laugh and he is there for me when I need someone. :-)  My dream is to complete college and eventually become a teacher.

Okay.... Now. Let's get to the not so fun stuff.

I was sexually abused. It was a terrible, horrific thing that happened to me. I am starting this blog so I can write about it. Most of what I write on here will be about what happened to me. I will not spare any detail. I need to write about this. I need to let it out. And I hope that someone who has been abused in anyway can find hope or courage from my writing. Then, at least some good can come out of what happened to me. There will also be days when I write about my kiddo or my husband or school. It won't all be dark. But, those of you that do stick with me, be prepared. This will strike you, it isn't pretty and it never will be.
